For this assignment, your group will build on the messages they have crafted for the analytic and marketing audiences in order to construct and deliver a persuasive, powerful presentation to your organization’s chief executive officer.
This presentation should tell the story of the analytical project that was pitched in the memo and proposal and communicated with the CMO in the interactive communication in order to engage the CEO and convince her or him that further investment in analytics is the right move for the organization.
To understand your CEO, review Spencer (2021), § 1.2.1.3, and cited references therein, and perform basic online research.
Presentations will be assessed on the following:
audience-centered framing;
effective use of structure (storytelling, problem-solution, call-to-action) within given time constraints;
appropriate use of visuals, including data graphics; and
individual contributions to group assignment.
Submit on courseworks any presentation visuals, and in an appendix include group-member, self-assessment contribution scores.
